Calum Gallagher, Cowdenbeath

Played the full 90 & scored the only goal for Cowdenbeath in their 1-0 victory over Livingston.  He picked up an knock early on but persevered to get two shots on goal – one obviously being the winner.  It’s his fourth goal in nine matches for the Blue Brazil.

Kyle McAusland, Brechin City

McAusland made a quicker then expected recovery after breaking his hand a couple of weeks ago & was back in the lineup for Brechin.  McAusland, who is being played in the midfield, played the entire match which ended in a 1-1 draw with Peterhead.  McAusland managed one shot on goal – but sent it wide of the target.

Robbie Crawford, Morton

Played 89 minutes in a 3-1 victory over Stenhousemuir.  Got one shot on goal that missed the target.

Tom Walsh, Stenhousemuir

Came on as a sub in the 64th minute in the same match.

Barrie McKay, Raith Rovers

Was credited for being a useful outlet on the wing on the club’s official website but was also singled out for failing to send quality crosses into the box in Raith’s 2-0 loss to Queen of the South.  McKay did manage a couple of scoring chance but failed beat the goalie both times.

Danny Stoney, Stranraer

Played 89 minutes & earned the foul that ultimately led to Stranraer’s penalty winner in a 1-0 victory over Airdrie.  It was an active game for Stoney who forced the keeper into a save on two different occasions & cracked the ball off the post on another shot.

Luca Gasparotto, Airdrieonians

Returned from international duty for Canada & played the full 90 in Airdrie’s loss to Stranraer.  Nearly scored on a shot from 35 years out but the effort was saved by the Stranraer goalie.
