Rangers youngster extends loan until end of season

Stranraer announced that they have struck a deal with Rangers to extend Danny Stoney’s loan through the end of the season.  From their official website:

The club are delighted to announce that following negotiations by the manager that Rangers have agreed to extend Danny Stoney’s loan agreement until the end of the season.  Danny has added a new dimension to Stephen Aitken’s attacking options and will be an asset to the squad over the coming months.

Stoney has made 16 appearances so far this season in all competitions, mostly as a substitute.  He has four starts, while coming on as a sub twelve times.  The 18-year old has scored two goals for the League One club.
